When designing a website or digital product, it’s important to get direct feedback from potential users, rather than making assumptions about what they’re looking for and how they might behave. There are many methods for gathering feedback, from user surveys to behavior tracking, and focus groups. In this session, we’ll discuss best practices for one such approach—one-on-one user interviews. These are useful for any kind of audience and can be conducted remotely. We’ll go into detail on how to tailor your methods, questions, and responses depending on the audience at hand.

This session will feature Susan Finkelpearl, Chief Experience Officer, Lauren Fernandez, User Experience Developer, and Thu Tran, Agile Process Leader. We'll share case studies of a number of our recent projects, and leave you with specific ways to improve your user interview practice and integrate it into the rest of your research.

Join us January 12th at 9 am PT / 12 pm ET for this incredible free webinar.
