In this Alley Session we break down how coaching programs create a positive impact on employees, team relationships, and employee retention. Pattie Reaves and Owen Stowe show how Alley has built a program from the ground up. In addition, they show how Alley is working towards a more equitable and supportive coaching program moving into the future. Attendees come away with an understanding of why coaching in a company is essential and how you can start implementing a coaching practice at your organization. Pattie Reaves is a principal user experience developer at Alley and Owen Stowe is the director of UX Development at Alley. Both have played integral roles in the creation, development of, and iterations of the coaching program at Alley.
