With tight budgets, tighter timelines, and business-critical goals at stake – now more than ever it is essential to make the right choices to get your product to market. Ruthless prioritization is a practice many have employed to ensure that the most important outcomes are achieved first. In this webinar, we confront head-on the tough choices product owners and managers must make to launch successful products. Using specific examples, we examine what makes prioritization hard but essential. We also discuss how to align your stakeholders and teams by focusing on value and outcomes, rather than a laundry list of features. As a product owner, project manager, executive, or even editor or reporter, you will walk away with tactics and frameworks to take to your teams immediately.
