Jaime Allpress is a Senior Agile Process Leader at Alley specializing in implementing the agile process on her team. Prior to Alley, Jaime worked at Farmers Mutual Hail where she was a Product Owner. In that position, she defined project discovery phase, created training materials and facilitated project discovery exercises. She also analyzed historical data to forecast delivery timetables and co-led an Agile Awareness campaign to promote an Agile mindset at the company. Outside of work, Jaime enjoys reading and making candles. She also likes going on adventures with her dogs, Elvis and Willie, and occasionally bringing home stray pets. Jaime is based in Altoona, Iowa.
