We’ve transitioned our company fully to Scrum over the past two years. This means all of our work – from client projects to marketing and hiring – has been done in an Agile manner, aligned with Scrum@Scale. We also make sure that everyone on the team is educated in Scrum and how best to contribute to that work. And so, we felt like it would be helpful to share some of this expertise, and what better way to do that than a podcast!
John Ragozzine, Director of Agile Process, and Agile Process Leader Ken Medley launched a new podcast Two Scrums Up this month, available for download and subscribing in all the places you’d expect, such as Apple Podcasts, Stitcher, and Spotify!
In one of our first episodes, John and Ken sit down (virtually) with the iconic JJ Sutherland, CEO of Scrum Inc. and co-author of the equally iconic Scrum: The Art of Doing Twice the Work in Half the Time. They discuss the origins of Scrum, how to implement Scrum across a variety of industries, and what it’s like working with your dad (in this case, Scrum’s founder Jeff Sutherland).
No matter where you are on your Scrum journey, you’re going to have a great time listening to this podcast. We’d love it if you could rate and review, and tell us what you think! Just like Scrum, we’re all in on continuous improvement, so we’ll definitely take your thoughts to heart. Enjoy!
