Kelsey Locotos

Kelsey Locotos is the Director of Operations at Alley specializing in people and processes. Prior to Alley, she worked in Annapolis, Maryland as a marina operations manager. In that role, she served as the single point of contact for customers, vendors and tenants; oversaw leasing, reservations, and maintenance for boat slips as well as commercial and residential real estate; and assisted with everything from signage design to redevelopment procedures. At Alley, she uses her keen eye for detail and variety of talents in hiring, HR operations, event planning, and more. Outside of work, she spends time reading, playing Dungeons & Dragons, and working on a never ending list of home projects. She graduated from Salisbury University with a B.A. in graphic design. She is based in Crofton, Maryland where she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
